Mourning the loss of Jeremy Marshall
All of us at A Passion for Life join with numerous others in mourning the loss of Jeremy Marshall who went to be with the Lord whom he loved and served so whole-heartedly on 13 August 2023.
Jeremy was passionate about telling as many people as possible the good news of the Lord Jesus and played a crucial role in reviving A Passion for Life over the past three years. He served as a Chairman of the Steering Group with great wisdom and with a clear vision to see A Passion for Life encouraging churches and believers in a lifetime of evangelism, not merely promoting a month of mission. Being held in great affection by so many throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland, he played an invaluable role in promoting A Passion for Life beyond the reach of the Regional Gospel Partnerships. We will miss his friendship, love, encouragement and big-hearted gospel vision.
We pray that his family might know the comfort of the Lord and the hope of the gospel at this time of painful loss. We are thankful that Jeremy knew for himself the grace revealed through the appearing of our Saviour, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
All Saints Littletown is a warm, friendly church made up of all ages and nationalities. We are ordinary people who have discovered the difference it makes to have a relationship with God through his Son, Jesus.
We meet twice on Sundays at 11am and 7pm for about an hour to worship God and learn from his Word, the Bible. Refreshments follow the morning service.
During the week, we run a variety of activities, including a toddler group, children’s groups, and a coffee morning for seniors. We also offer regular sessions for those exploring the Christian faith—providing space to learn about Jesus and ask questions.
